Repeat Infringer Policy

Under our repeat-infringement policy, any user who accumulates three legitimate and valid complaints regarding their material within any rolling six-month window will have their Website access permanently revoked.

While we are not governed by the laws of the United States, we have chosen to voluntarily adhere to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Notifications that are not pertinent to us or that fail to meet the legal requirements will not receive a response. A valid notification of alleged infringement must be a written communication directed to our agent that substantially includes the following:

Counter-Notification

This must be a written communication sent to our designated agent listed above, and it must substantially include the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• A description of the material that was removed or disabled, along with the location where it previously appeared;
• A declaration under penalty of perjury that you genuinely believe the material was taken down or disabled due to an error or misidentification;
• Your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts at your provided address; and
• A statement confirming that you will accept service of process from the alleged copyright holder or their representative.
